Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

By subscribing to UrBriskSource services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your access to our services, including CRM usage powered by HighLevel, service hours, and usage-based billing.

2. Subscription & Billing

All plans are billed on a monthly basis.

- Subscription fees are charged in advance

- Usage-based charges (e.g., email, SMS, AI, and other services) are billed separately based on actual consumption

- Payment due dates will be specified on your invoice

Failure to settle invoices on time may result in service interruption.

3. Non-Payment & Account Suspension

If payment is not received within 7 days from the invoice due date:

- Your account and CRM access may be temporarily suspended or disabled

- All services, including automations and communications, may be suspended until payment is settled

UrBriskSource reserves the right to restore access only after full payment has been received.

4. CRM Access (Powered by HighLevel)

Your subscription includes access to a CRM platform powered by HighLevel.

- CRM access is active only while your subscription is in good standing

- Downgrades or cancellations may affect available features

5. Transition to Direct HighLevel Account

If you choose to transition away from UrBriskSource but wish to continue using HighLevel independently:

- You must sign up for your own HighLevel account using our official affiliate link

- This ensures proper account transition and continuity of services

UrBriskSource will provide the appropriate link upon request.

6. Cancellation & CRM Retention Option

If you decide to cancel your UrBriskSource service but wish to retain access to your CRM:

- You may continue using the CRM at a rate of $97 USD per month, plus applicable usage charges

- This will cover the base platform cost only (no service hours included)

Failure to transition or subscribe independently may result in account deactivation.

7. Service Hours

- Monthly service hours are allocated based on your subscription plan

- Unused hours do not roll over to the next billing cycle

- Additional hours may be purchased if required

8. Usage-Based Billing

Certain services are billed based on usage. Check Usage & Optional Add-On Rates

All usage is tracked and billed monthly.

9. No Refund Policy

All payments made to UrBriskSource are non-refundable.

- This includes subscription fees and usage-based charges

- No refunds will be issued for partial use, non-use, or early cancellation of services

10. Outstanding Usage Upon Cancellation

In the event of cancellation:

- Any outstanding usage charges incurred prior to cancellation must be fully settled

- Final invoices will include all unbilled usage up to the cancellation date

Failure to settle outstanding balances may result in account suspension or permanent deactivation.

11. Data Responsibility & Backup

Clients are responsible for maintaining their own data backups.

- UrBriskSource is not liable for any data loss, deletion, or corruption

- Clients are encouraged to regularly export or back up important data, including contacts, conversations, and assets

While reasonable measures are taken to maintain system reliability, UrBriskSource does not guarantee data storage or recovery.

12. Fair Usage & Abuse Policy

UrBriskSource reserves the right to review and manage excessive or abnormal usage to maintain service quality and platform integrity.

13. Modifications

UrBriskSource reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
