Usage & Optional Add-On Rates

Your monthly subscription includes your service hours and CRM access, while certain features are billed based on actual usage - so you only pay for what you use.

This approach follows a usage-based billing model, in which charges are calculated based on actual consumption rather than fixed estimates.

Invoices will be generated on the 2nd of the following month, covering the prior month’s usage, and are payable by the 5th.

*Rates may differ as per region. Calculations shown as per twilio rates for US, Outbound SMS for US / Canada to be charged at $0.0166 / segment, please check Twilio for more details.

Note: Phone Number Purchase, A2P Registration, and Call Transcription Charges are separate. Please contact support.
